Yes. Stocta is built specifically for UK clinics, GP surgeries, and small healthcare practices. It is designed around UK regulatory expectations including CQC inventory and controlled-drug audit requirements, and is hosted on UK-region infrastructure.
All clinic data is stored on UK-region infrastructure and never crosses borders. Each clinic is fully isolated at the database level, not just in the application layer, so one organisation can never see another organisation’s stock.
Every scan in or out of stock is logged with who, what, when, and where. Records are append-only — nothing can be edited or deleted — giving you a defensible audit trail that meets CQC expectations without anyone having to maintain a paper register manually.
When a clinician scans out a medicine, Stocta automatically deducts it from the batch with the earliest expiry date that still has stock. Staff don’t have to think about which batch to use — the system prevents waste by default.
No specialist hardware is required. Stocta works with standard USB barcode scanners and the camera on any modern phone or tablet. Most clinics get started with kit they already have.
